When you use a local member of the Valley
Center Real Estate Professional Group, a portion of the
commissions goes to local High School Senior Scholarships
and also goes to help those in need in our community. Local
Realtors, lenders, title, escrow, insurance and other affiliated
companies attend local Real Estate Caravans and have extensive
local knowledge of prices, trends, and local financing and
insurance options. Look for the Valley Center Real Estate
Professional logo when you're considering a Real Estate
Professional. Our members are proud of the changes that
they have made in our community!
Formed in 2009 by a group of local
Realtors and related businesses, our organization is also
known as the Valley Center Community Aid Group (VCCAG).
The group includes people from companies such as title,
escrow, lending, insurance, inspectors, septic and termite.
In 2009, the group acquired 501(c)(3)
status as a tax exempt charitable organization. All of the
monies collected are used to benefit the Valley Center community.
VCCAG was designed to provide assistance to those in our
community in times of need. Each member pays an annual fee
to be a member, along with an additional contribution from
each transaction.
The group takes pride in knowing that
local Real Estate Professionals are "giving back," to the
Community. Your support enables us to support others in
need in our community. When you use a Real Estate Professional
that is from out of the area, those monies leave the area.
